I bought my washer about 3 weeks ago and absolutely love it I love how I can do several loads of laundry in half the time vs my previous washer. It senses each load size and adjusts the wash time accordingly. I also love that incan link it to my phone. Runs excellent. Not noisy. Large tub for washing big items such as comforters. All around excellent washer.

It was exceptionally well made everything was tight and it was a quiet operation with excellent engineering. Takes up less space while providing a larger load capability. The control features are excellent especially the ability for the machine to measure water and detergent needs automatically. I selected this variety because of the color primarily but it included more features than I thought I would use. Now I am very glad I have those features and use them routinely. I feel it is a good value and would make the same purchase again.

Terrible finicky machine

I am very disappointed by this washing machine. It stopped working after only a few months and the customer service has been terrible as well. There are so many hidden requirements like cleaning and resetting and maintenance every month. I should have just stuck with my old top loader that is a basic machine without any smart features that can stop working and require hours upon hours on the phone to convince them to send a repair technician.

I bought this washer as a washer and dryer unit about a month ago What a difference it as made for me I should have done it sooner. Love the top loading feature with the impeller. I cant fit all my bedding in- including my king sized comforter. As soon as I got this machine up and running- I washed all our comforter and blankets in the house. I purchased this washer about two months ago and heres my honest opinion thus far. I think its too soon to know if this will be a great washer but so far it appears to be an average machine. I wish it would spin more water/moisture out of the clothes. They seem to be substantially wet after the final spin. The tub needs a light and I cant find a setting to indicate Ive added fabric softener or not.

DO NOT BUY Motor changed to half the strength in 2020 and as a result if you wash a normal half full load it is too heavy for the motor and it makes a horrendously loud banging noise and sounds like it is going to fall through the ceiling. Noise is the motor- metal grinding- not from an unbalanced load. I have had multiple service calls and they all say I cannot use more than 5 dry towels or I am loading too full. Why design a 5.5cu ft capacity washer that can only wash 5 towels? I could buy a 2cu ft washer for that size load. They quote 8lbs as max capacity despite 9.1kg specified online 20lbs. Horrendous customer service Sham marketing- labeled as high efficiency but only because it actually cant run anything over than 1/4 load. Useless machine Terrible engineering- why would you make a washer that big if it cant actually run a load of that size? I had a very similar 5.5 cu ft LG manufactured in 201 I loved and could wash huge loads with and never had an issue- worked great. The redesigned half strength motor is the issue

I distribute the clothes evenly but it still happens...could be that I need to use it a little more to master loading the washer so it doesnt do this. Other than that love it.

I bought both the washing machine and the matching clothes dryer. They look very nice in my new home. I have done laundry in the time so far. The only major problem that I have their are many different buttons to select from but there are absolutely no instructions on how to use them. Please dont tell me I can look them up online that is not helpful. Please send instructions with your products that we can refer to. I have no idea what selections to make. Consumers want instructions with their purchases.

I love my new washer dryer Its so big its also a smart sweet I can use the app to work it. It lets me know when its done so when I forget its awesome to get reminder to put my stuff in the dryer. Also I got the big oversized washer dryer the washer has sensored so I dont have to push anything like small load. Put clothes in it senses how much water to use. I absolutely love it.

Powerful Washer. Need more time to experience

5.5 cu ft washer is big. Having hard time to reach the bottom of the tub. It is so powerful in spinning option it made clothing too wrinkle. I chose Delicate Cycles to lessen the wrinkle. The plus sign is I can wash a big blanket.
